Watermelon made of Ice Cream?

Jenn from justJennRecipes.com makes this “Watermelon Bombe” every 4th of July for her uncle’s party. It looks delicious! It doesn’t actually taste like watermelon as it’s made from vanilla ice cream, lime sherbet, raspberry sorbet and chocolate chips.She’s shared the recipe on her blog here. I’ll have to try it out this summer, but with homemade ice cream from my ice cream ball.
