Egg Nog Ice Cream

[Makes 1 Quart]
3 cups cold eggnog
2 tbs. Brandy (optional)
Generous amount grated nutmeg

Combine ingredients, pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
