Ice Cream Fondue

Spoon out 1-inch diameter scoops of your favorite flavors; roll in graham cracker, Oreo, or gingersnap crumbs. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer; freeze until hard. Warm up some good-quality chocolate and caramel sauces. Pour sauces into small ramekins, allowing 2 for each guest. Serve ice cream balls for dipping on a platter; spear each with a large toothpick to make things easier.

Great products for this would be the Boston Warehouse Condiment serving tray and the Sweet Tooth Dessert cups. Both available on All Things Ice Cream, where you can find great homemade ice cream recipes and the MEGA ice cream maker ball.
