Ice Cream Fondue

Spoon out 1-inch diameter scoops of your favorite flavors; roll in graham cracker, Oreo, or gingersnap crumbs. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer; freeze until hard. Warm up some good-quality chocolate and caramel sauces. Pour sauces into small ramekins, allowing 2 for each guest. Serve ice cream balls for dipping on a platter; spear each with a large toothpick to make things easier.
